Our Story
More Than a Gym. A Calling.
Before starting Lake Point, I spent eight years coaching at top gymnastics gyms across the country, developing state and regional champions. But everywhere I went, I saw the same problem.
Families were driving five hours a week between different facilities. Athletes were burning out because no one was paying attention to their mental health. The system was fragmented, and it was creating more stress than strength.
So at 21, I said enough. I decided to build something different.
Caring for the Whole Athlete
Lake Point isn't just another gym. We're a community that cares about the whole athlete: the physical, mental, and emotional layers that shape them.
We believe youth sports should build stronger, healthier people, not just better athletes. That belief guides every practice, every coaching decision, and every relationship we build with our families.
Where We've Been, and Where We're Going
We launched in June 2024 with 12 athletes. Today, we serve 80 gymnasts, and we're growing. Since then, we've moved into a larger home in Lakeville, where we're the city's only USAG gym, and added Strength + Tumbling classes. Next, we're expanding into cross-training for snowboarding and skiing.
And this is just the beginning. We're building a multi-phase campus that will transform how Minnesota develops its action-sport athletes.
Why This Matters to Me
Sure, I'm young. Sure, this is ambitious. But Lake Point isn't just a business for me. It's my calling. God has used everything poured into me to create something bigger than I ever imagined, and I won't stop until every family has access to this vision.
That's the kind of lasting impact we're creating at Lake Point, one that ripples through generations of athletes long after they've hung up their grips. Because when this work is your calling, every kid who walks through our doors matters not just for what they can achieve in their sport, but for who they can become in life.
This is Lake Point.
